Each directory in the MILC code contains a README file that describes the purpose of the directory and its contents. The README files are not always up to date, but they are a good starting point for understanding the code.
Each directory with test directory can have executable files. The test directory contains the test files that are used to test the code.
Each of these directories (example ; hvy_qpt, ks_imp_rhmc, gauge_utilities ) contains following files:
- control.c
- lattice.h
- setup.c
