  1. We need to redo the curve_fitting of ratio of wilson loops using jackknife and covariance matrix calculation with latticeTools of AnalysisToolBox.
  2. We shall fix the tmax and only vary the tmin.
  3. Even after that if the potential is not in agreement with zero temperature for same values of \(\beta\) at small values of 'r', we need to check with the calculations of
    1. Wilson loops (rectangular)
    2. Wilson Loops (off axis)
    3. HYP smearing

with that of 'milc' code. The code for 'milc' can be found at '/root/milc_qcd/hvy_qpot/'

All of this work shall be finished ASAP.
